Mental Health Awareness & Resilience – Canadian Maritime Operations gives mariners, officers, supervisors, and shore personnel practical tools to recognize common maritime stressors, identify early signs of distress, communicate supportively, protect privacy, and use appropriate vessel, company, medical, welfare, or workplace reporting pathways.
Designed for the realities of Canadian maritime operations, the course addresses fatigue, isolation, workload, respectful workplace practices, psychological safety, resilience, and regional considerations for the St. Lawrence, Great Lakes/Seaway, Arctic, and remote operations.
